The Leadership Team at Yozell Associates has extensive experience designing and implementing group employee and executive plans which maximize cutting-edge benefits at the most appropriate cost. We understand that offering a diverse mix of competitive, strategic benefits meeting the multi-generational needs of today’s workforce is critical to employee retention, productivity and recruitment initiatives. We appreciate the importance of and support our clients goal to attract and retain top talent.

Our Leadership Team participates on several broker advisory panels for various group employee benefits vendors, such as health insurance carriers, and is actively engaged with professional benefits organizations related to issues impacting benefits and HR compliance, legislative reforms, and emerging benefits and human resource trends.

John Yozell, CEO of Yozell Associates, has more than thirty years of experience as a well-respected life, health, accident and disability insurance and group employee benefits broker. John gained industry training at Mass Mutual and INA before joining his father Peter at Yozell. He is regarded as a skilled benefits professional, developing and executing complex solutions to address the challenges facing business leaders today in their pursuit to balance revenue and profitability with the increased financial expense of providing employees at all levels of an organization with competitive benefit programs. He also understands how competitive certain U.S. job markets are, and helps clients develop and execute strategic benefit plans that help incentivize, attract, and retain top talent. Marijane Norris Geary, President of Yozell Associates, has been with our group employee benefits brokerage firm for almost fifteen years and brings thirty years of industry expertise with employer sponsored healthcare products to our leadership team. Having earned her Master of Education, she became a key business leader at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts which included oversight of association and multiple employer group plans. At Yozell Associates, Marijane works with clients to implement strategies that address total workforce health, absence and employee leave management, utilization and costs of specialty pharmaceuticals and changes in the provider delivery system. Marijane is a member of various insurance carrier broker advisory panels and has been on the boards of non-profit healthcare organizations. CONTACT

Vice President of Client Services

Amy Johnson, Vice President of Client Services, has worked at Yozell Associates for eighteen years and is responsible for the consistent execution of our client experience, ensuring all aspects of the relationship are addressed. Prior to joining Yozell Associates, Amy was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for over ten years as Service Manager, leading a team of client service professionals. In addition, she held the position of National Accounts Manager, responsible for many premier employers. Aour group employee benefits brokerage firm, she also serves as the primary contact for many of the firm’s largest and most complex accounts. Amy’s knowledge of utilizing client specific data analytics to address their key drivers of healthcare and disability costs results in strategic plan designs, aggressively negotiated benefits vendor renewals, and the predictability of future group employee benefits costs. Vice President of Operations

Elizabeth Cawley, Vice President of Operations, has been a Yozell employee for twenty years. With her Masters in Management, she oversees our employee benefit brokerage firm’s infrastructure, client communications and support. As part of the leadership team, Elizabeth is responsible for data security, technology updates and how they affect and optimize our client experience. She continuously directs her staff to explore ways to enhance both client engagement and employee engagement at client offices. In addition, Elizabeth is very active in alumnae activities at Mount Holyoke College. CONTACT
